Why I Write?

As an author, my mission is simple yet profound: to sow seeds of trust in the fertile soil of hearts longing for peace and reassurance. Through the gentle strokes of my pen, I aim to paint a picture of God's love and faithfulness, offering a soothing balm for weary souls navigating life's turbulent waters. With each word carefully chosen, I seek to guide readers on a journey of spiritual discovery, where they can find refuge in the comforting embrace of God's eternal presence. My hope is that through my writing, others may come to understand the keen truth that trusting in God's perfect plan brings a sense of calm amidst the chaos and that His wisdom surpasses our finite understanding. Who Am I?

Hi there, I'm Joseph Christopher Stemple, hailing from a bustling household with six siblings in Douglas, Arizona, where my Catholic upbringing instilled a strong sense of faith in me. After pursuing degrees in political science from Cochise College in Douglas and the University of Arizona in Tucson, I embarked on a fulfilling career with the Arizona Department of Corrections, where I served for over three decades with my beloved wife Danielle Stemple, who is also my inspiration in all I do and support in everything I do. She too is employed with the Arizona Department of Corrections for 33 years, and currently as a Deputy Warden. My experience as Correctional Lieutenant honed my writing skills, while my tenure as a student and leadership roles in lodges taught me the importance of clear, tailored communication. Now, as an author, I aim to inspire faith, trust, and spiritual growth through sharing my journey.

What Inspires Me?

As an author, my inspiration springs from a deep desire to guide souls closer to God, offering solace and spiritual depth through my words. Writing has been my lifelong companion, a tool for expression and exploration since childhood. I cherish how every joy and struggle has shaped me into the writer I am today. My goal is to create enduring works that illuminate truth and beauty, leaving a lasting impact on those who read them.
